    Perfect example of when you point one finger, three fingers are pointing back at you. Bully for the Appraisal Institute for taking swift action. Let's hope HUD responds favorably and realizes HUD and the struggling home owners will continue to pay for inaction. If only this included banning the HVCC requirements as well. Appraisers are already strictly regulated in California (among other states) and the unnecessary "baby-sitting" by AMC's is only opening the door for more and more experienced appraisers to find another profession. Maybe they will all go into politics where they can make up policies that affect struggling business and home owner and not suffer any of the consequences! I hear there may be an opening in South Carolina!
